How To Apply for Medical University Jobs 2024?
The application form can be downloaded from the official website. A hard copy of the completed application form, along with two photographs, one set of attested photocopies of relevant documents in a sealed envelope, three current letters of reference, and a brief resume must be submitted. Please be sure to indicate the name of the post in the upper right corner of the envelope.
Applications should be sent exclusively by courier service to the postal address provided below. Applications submitted in person will not be entertained. Application Requirements and Fees: Each application form must be accompanied by an original pay order of Rs.1500/- (non-refundable) payable to Jinnah Sindh Medical University, Karachi. Incomplete applications in any respect will be ignored. Selection Process: In case of a large number of candidates for any post, a Pre-Interview Test (MCQ) will be conducted for shortlisted candidates.
Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview. All information provided will be kept confidential. General Terms and Conditions: Only Sindh-domiciled persons are eligible (except for employees currently working in JPMC). Applicants who are currently serving in government posts or public sector higher education institutions should apply through the proper channel (with a copy of NOC). No TA/DA will be provided.
Age relaxation is subject to the approval of the Scrutiny Committee / Selection Board. All documents and experiences will be verified, and any subsequent submission of false or misleading documents will result in disqualification. JSMU reserves the right to reject any or all applications at any stage. Applications received on or before 03-14-2024 will be considered.
